Our class visited the historic Shivneri Fort on 10th June 2025, departing at 7 a.m. by private bus. 45 students and 3 teachers participated.
The fort is a symbol of Maratha pride and the birthplace of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Its huge entrance, water tanks, and historic temples impressed us all. Though slightly worn, the site is maintained by ASI with cleanliness and signage.
